Susan Mattingly

Susan Mattingly is a seasoned accounting professional with over 30 years of experience in public accounting. She holds a master’s degree in Taxation from the University of Central Florida, providing her with advanced expertise in tax strategy and financial management.

Throughout her career, Susan has held various roles, including administrative positions, staff accountant, and partner in a small CPA firm in Brevard County. In 2011, she took her expertise to the next level by establishing her own practice, where she continues to serve a diverse clientele with tailored financial solutions.

As a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of Public Accountants (FICPA), Susan remains committed to upholding the highest professional standards in accounting. Her areas of practice include tax preparation and financial statement preparation, with a specialized focus on serving homeowners’ associations (HOAs) and condominium associations.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Susan enjoys scuba diving, embracing adventure, and exploring the underwater world. Her passion for precision and attention to detail in her work extends to all aspects of her life, making her a trusted and respected professional in the accounting industry.
